If you or a close family member have experienced violence, such as physical or sexual abuse, or have witnessed such crimes, you may qualify for financial support to cover therapy expenses. Even if you're uncertain about whether you've been a victim of crime, you can reach out to VictimLink BC at 1-800-563-0808 for assistance. Victim service workers are available to assist in applying for funding through the Crime Victim Assistance Program.

Financial aid is accessible regardless of whether a perpetrator has been charged, and there's no time limit for applications from victims of sexual offenses.
